Emergency Response Trainer
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Response Trainer to join our team in Western Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering emergency response training programs that meet contractual requirements and are consistent with national legislation, best practices, and program implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop departmental-specific curriculum guidelines
* Support the development of assessment tools to ensure ongoing skills and competency maintenance
* Contribute to the development of training curriculum, learning guides, and assessment procedures for emergency response topics
* Oversee the Fire Development Program and facilitate succession planning for fire management needs
* Coordinate and deliver formal training across various locations in Australia
Requirements:
* Diploma of Public Safety (Emergency Management)
* Certificate III in Public Safety (Firefighting and Emergency Operations)
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Respond to aviation incidents qualifications
* Valid Driver's License
* Australian Citizenship
