The Position
The Executive Assistant to the Principal & College Secretary plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the College. This position provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Principal while also assisting with the smooth coordination of College administration across all campuses.
You will work closely with staff, students, families and external stakeholders, contributing to a welcoming, professional and well‐organised school environment.
This is a broad and varied role that requires initiative, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy and fast‐paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Provide executive and administrative support to the Principal
* Work collaboratively with a small administration team across three campuses
* Respond to phone and email enquiries in a professional manner
* Maintain accurate student, staff and College records
* Prepare meeting agendas, correspondence and minutes
* Assist with College events and day‐to‐day administration
* Support general administrative and operational needs of the College
About You
You demonstrate:
* Experience in administration or executive support
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities
* Attention to detail and confidentiality
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Essential Requirements
* Supportive of the values and mission of Catholic education
* Current NT Working with Children (Ochre Card) or ability to obtain
* Senior First Aid qualification (desirable, not essential)
