Bayside Geelong Hotel & Apartments is seeking enthusiastic Barista, Bar, and Wait Staff to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team.

Located on the stunning Geelong waterfront, Bayside Geelong offers 110 well‐appointed hotel rooms and apartments, Franca's Restaurant, conference facilities, pool, sauna, and fitness centre. We pride ourselves on delivering personalised, professional service that keeps guests returning.
About the Role
As a member of our Food & Beverage team, you will support smooth daily operations across the restaurant, bar, café, and event spaces. We're looking for service‐focused individuals who are confident on the floor, behind the bar, and ideally behind the coffee machine.
You will:
* Provide warm, efficient and professional service
* Prepare and serve high‐quality coffee, beverages, and food
* Deliver food and drinks with attention to detail
* Assist across restaurant, bar and event operations
* Maintain presentation, accuracy and hygiene standards
* Operate POS systems confidently
* Support a positive, collaborative team culture
What We're Looking For
* Barista skills (Desirable)
* Experience in bar and/or wait service
* RSA
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Professional presentation, positive & team‐focused
* POS experience
* Flexible working hours
Qualifications
* RSA (mandatory)
* Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* First Aid (desired)
