About the Role
* Evaluate treatment needs of workers with injuries or illnesses, ensuring they receive appropriate care and support.
* Conduct assessments for corporate customers, including audiometry and D&A testing, to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
* Work with clients to identify employment options by reviewing their transferable skills and qualifications, and help them create a personalized return-to-work plan.
* Monitor client progress towards return-to-work goals, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate business objectives and promote a safe working environment.
