Brighter Futures Consulting is a locally owned and operated business based in Darwin, delivering NDIS services across the Northern Territory. Our offerings include Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Behaviour Support and Speech Pathology.
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a Darwin based role, with FIFO options available for suitable candidates. This position combines career development with diverse work environments including travel to remote communities in the Northern Territory as well as Wilcannia and other areas of NSW.
As part of our team, you will conduct 1:1 assessments, prepare reports, and provide ongoing support through face-to-face sessions or telehealth. We offer flexible employment options - part time or full time - to find the right fit.
What we offer:
- Competitive salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)

Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong NDIS experience and proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organisational and time management skills
