Job Title: Store Leadership Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to take on a store leadership role within our expanding team. As an Associate Store Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our Bathurst store, working closely with our management team to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong desire to learn and develop their skills. Previous retail experience is highly desirable, but not essential as we provide comprehensive training programs to ensure your success.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in contributing to the overall success of our store, including managing stock levels, maintaining high standards of customer service, and promoting our products to customers.
