The Program
This is a
minimum 2-year commitment
, beginning with full immersion in our Australian operations.
You will:
* Be based in Australia (Sunshine Coast region)
* Complete a minimum of 2 years of structured, in-office development
* Train across every core area of the business
* Work directly with leadership and senior teams
* Gain exposure to how a high-growth SaaS company truly operates
* Be considered for global deployment opportunities in:
Kelowna, Canada
Dubai, UAE
Sunshine Coast, Australia
Or new emerging markets as Smoothx expands
You'll rotate through:
* Customer Success & Support
* Sales & Market Development
* Marketing & Content
* Operations & System Design
* Product & Delivery Processes
* Finance & Business Administration
* Strategy & Leadership Exposure
