Job Description STRATEGY Working with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute the customer strategy that will deliver the growth targets set by the business, such as Volume, 3N and AER. P&L MANAGEMENT You will be a key stakeholder for the delivery of the Woolworths P&L, achieving volume and profit targets. You will need to communicate, negotiate key commercial frameworks that are set by the business or by the customer, with maximising return for Red Bull as the key priority. CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT Proactively manage customer contact strategy to remove obstacles to progress. Timely meetings with key contacts to ensure development of overall business plan in conjunction with the National Business Manager. Contacts will include, but not be limited to: Soft Drinks Buyer, Field Teams, Digital Managers and Marketing teams RED BULL MANAGEMENT Build and maintain internal contact strategy to help raise the internal profile of the sector and improve internal buy-in. Collaborate with Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Supply & Logistics, Field Sales, Net Revenue Management, Finance & Brand. Own reporting and data management. BRILLIANT AT THE BASICS Ensuring the day-to-day fundamentals of the account are being met. Promotional submissions, forecasting and review of performance, along with working with finance to ensure DSO and invoices are reconciled within the targets the business sets.
