Service & Warranty Coordinator - Geelong

This fast-paced role, based in the fun and stylish Geelong Office, is responsible for the process and management of Service & Warranty claim requests from our customers who have recently settled into their new Metricon home. No two days are the same and no two customers are the same, so learn each and everyday on the job and come for a career whilst increasing your construction knowledge. Deliver a lasting legacy and deliver excellence.

Reporting to the Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Processing and organising service requests and warranty claims
* Providing administrative support to the Service and Warranty Inspectors
* Email inbox management – responding in a timely manner
* Receiving inbound calls regarding service requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Reviewing and approving supplier/trade invoices in a timely manner for payment
* Demonstrate empathy, problem solving skills and excellent communication

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience and passion for customer service is essential
* Experience in a similar role or in the building industry
* Building knowledge would be an advantage either in the industry currently, built before or know how to read plans / contracts
* Proven ability to work in a pivotal customer contact role in a customer focused, time critical working environmentExceptional communication and time management skills
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient computer skills and a fast learner
* A positive attitude and team player
* Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders
