The Role
We're looking for a talented and motivated Fullstack PHP Software Developer to join our Jet Development Team. You'll play a key role in building, maintaining, and evolving our data migration tools — including systems powered by the latest in AI-assisted development.
You'll work in a small, agile development team and collaborate directly with operational staff to refine requirements and deliver solutions that truly work.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with operational clients to verify requirements
* Participate in agile sprint planning and reviews
* Provide technical support to internal operations

What You'll Need
Technical Skills
* Strong PHP skills with experience in frameworks (preferably Laravel)
* Strong PHP 7.4+ skills with experience in Laravel 8 or above
* Experience with modern frontend development (preferably React JS)
* Solid understanding of relational databases (preferably MySQL, SQL Server)
* Familiarity with version control (Git)
* Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT
* Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Experience
* Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience
* Must have Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
* Must be willing to undergo police check and reference checks
Soft Skills
* Team player with strong communication skills
* Eagerness to learn from others and share your own knowledge
* Proactive attitude with attention to detail
