To be successful as a RICS registered valuer, you'll need at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying, completing a mix of mortgage valuations and home buyer reports.
The role requires a strong understanding of residential surveying principles and practices, with excellent communication skills to effectively communicate complex information to clients. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
