The Personal Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the Operations and Research Manager and ensuring seamless workflow integration.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive support services, including correspondence management, meeting coordination, policy development, and roster maintenance.
* Assist in project management activities through research, investigation, preparation of documentation, and support to committees and working groups.
* Coordinate and support operational requirements such as patient referrals, EMR utilization, clinic schedules, training programs, and statewide cardiology hotline functions.
* Enhance team cohesion, office leadership, and collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, regional networks, consumers, and external stakeholders.
