Key Account Professional
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to acquire and grow mid-market and enterprise customers across our product suite. You will focus on delivering tailored, value-based solutions and working closely with pre-sales and product specialists to create incredible buying experiences.
Responsibilities
1. Own the full sales cycle for net-new opportunities across our commerce and retail products
2. Prospect, qualify, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise retail/e-commerce customers
3. Develop account plans and lead tailored value-based sales conversations
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and CS to ensure long-term customer success
5. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene
6. Represent us at industry events, webinars, and partner engagements (as needed)
Requirements
* 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS or retail tech
* Proven ability to sell into mid-market and enterprise accounts
* Strong discovery, solution selling, and closing skills
* Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders including C-level
* Understanding of retail workflows (eCommerce, POS, CX, Martech or logistics is a bonus)
* Self-starter with a passion for value-driven selling and customer success
* Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
