About the Role:

* This role requires someone who is a strong self-starter, empathetic, and adaptable, thriving in collaboration with diverse teams, customers, and business contacts.
* The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify and nurture new customer opportunities, leading to significant sales growth.
* A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders, including service providers and community groups.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive customer support, including building an in-depth understanding of our services, NDIS funding, and support needs.
* This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to create and implement targeted sales campaigns, resulting in more successful lead generation, stronger referrer networks, and higher sales conversion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A track record of consistently achieving sales targets in a service environment with confidence and dedication.
* Proven ability to identify and nurture new customer opportunities, leading to significant sales growth.
* Qualifications in business, along with certification and training in sales, empower you to excel in any sales role.
