Senior Software Developer

What does this role look like?
* Provide technical leadership and guidance across projects, ensuring best practices, quality, and consistency.
* Partner with clients to understand business needs and define clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
* Translate requirements into robust functional and technical designs, guiding implementation through to delivery.
* Mentor and support developers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
* Maintain high-quality system documentation across the full solution lifecycle.
* Ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of systems and data.
* Contribute to solution architecture discussions and collaborate closely with solution architects.

We'd be thrilled if you have
* 5+ years' experience in software development with demonstrated senior‐level impact.
* Previous experience in a senior or technical lead role.
* Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React (TypeScript) and proficiency in C#.
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills.
* Ability to engage in constructive technical debate and decision-making.
* Well‐developed knowledge of DevOps and Model‐Driven Development concepts.
Note: you do not need to have all the above requirements – we'd train you up even if you have half of the above‐mentioned requirements.
