We seek Speech pathologists, clinical psychologists, psychologists, and occupational therapists to join our team at the "Family Nurture" clinic on the Gold Coast.
Family Nurture is the Gold Coast's trusted multidisciplinary clinic and one of the fastest-growing multidisciplinary clinics in Southeast QLD.
We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Pimpama location in early 2026
Currently, we only have room availability on Saturday as our clinic, with eight consulting rooms, is fully used by our multidisciplinary team during the week. However, we will have several rooms available when we open the Pimpama clinic by the end of February 2026. As some of the current clinicians move to the Pimpama clinic, room availability will be available in both locations. We will have room availability from the end of February 2026 in both of our clinics.
Our team of psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and other professionals provide therapeutic and assessment services for children, adolescents, families, and adults.
The new Pimpama clinic will offer even more extensive services, making high-standard care accessible to families closer to Brisbane—with the added convenience of major public transport nearby.

Two dedicated, specialised occupational therapy rooms for tailored interventions.
Purpose-built testing rooms for psychologists, speech pathologists, and other clinicians.
Therapy room with attached observation suite featuring a one-way mirror for discreet observation.
Secure session recording and live streaming capabilities, enabling remote supervision and second opinions while maintaining strict confidentiality and privacy standards.
Conference room for team collaboration and professional development, as available at our current Pacific Pines clinic.

The "Family Nurture" clinic is open weekdays from 8 am-5 pm, except Wednesdays from 8 am-8 pm and Saturdays, 8 am-1 pm, to provide more flexibility for families and clinicians.
Benefits to You
You can work as a contractor on a percentage rate for using all equipment, including computers, training rooms, observation rooms with a recording system and one-way mirror, and administration support. (You will get a lot more than most practices for the similar service fee that you pay). Alternatively, an employment contract can be offered. These positions can be part‑time or full‑time.
The clinic has all the testing materials, forms, manuals, etc., you need for your work. You have full administrative support. The clinic is happy to purchase any new testing equipment you require.

The Role
We seek dynamic and highly organised therapists to join our Multidisciplinary Team. In these roles, you will:
Complete clinical assessments and develop and implement individual therapy plans.
Deliver direct therapy at the clinic but, if required, across various environments, including home, school, and community.
Develop and deliver specialist therapy groups across various skills.
Provide training and coaching for families.
Have opportunities to implement specialist programs and curriculum development across different programs.
Using clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals.
To be successful in this position, you will have the following attributes:
Current tertiary qualification related to your role.
Current Registration with AHPRA
If this is your first time in private practice as a contractor, we can assist you through the process to make it a smooth and enjoyable transition.
Current Professional Indemnity Cover
Eligibility to register with Medicare.
A strong work ethic
Experience working with children, adolescents and adults and confidence in your role.
Dedication and passion for working as part of a dynamic team.
Have an interest in working with children, young person, adults and their families with a range of neurodevelopmental disorders, including ASD.
Experience delivering services under the NDIS (preferred but not required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially high‑quality report writing.
Provide assessment and ongoing therapy to support children, adolescents, adults and families experiencing challenges in the following areas: Developmental delay, Early intervention, social skills, Autism Spectrum Disorder and more.
