Warehouse Officer Role Summary
Maintain inventory accuracy, efficiency and safety as a key member of our Open Pit Maintenance Warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock levels.
* Stock Control: Investigate discrepancies and document stock transfers, returns, and adjustments.
* Issuing Stock: Issue, return, and enter stock data into the Inventory Management System.
* Receiving Deliveries: Accept deliveries, load/unload parts and consumables for freight, and ensure safe, efficient inventory storage.
* Safety Inspections: Conduct full inspections of working areas to ensure safe operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Stock Levels: Establish minimum/maximum stock levels for efficient inventory management.
* Purchase Orders: Raise and receipt purchase orders in accordance with site policy.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar stores/inventory role, preferably in mining or heavy industrial environments.
* Computer Skills: Strong computer skills.
* Knowledge: Ability to interpret maintenance parts and familiarity with mine site consumables highly regarded.
