Job Description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Manager to join our team in Rowan County, NC. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
The Client Services Manager will be responsible for providing superior customer service and quality home care to our clients. This includes focusing on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues, managing their caseload while proactively growing it, and building lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
The successful candidate will have strong computer skills, including electronic medical records, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a Bachelor's degree and prior medical office or home care experience, with supervisory experience being a plus.
