Job Profile:
This position involves a wide range of duties that cater to both internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities include:
* Providing front-desk support
* Offering administrative assistance as required
* Servicing the library
* Maintaining mail systems, including sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing communications
* Procuring office supplies
* Copying, scanning and other tasks such as document binding and collation
* Performing outside clerk duties
* Liaising with facilities management for maintenance requests and general upkeep
* Organizing courier services
* Preparing meeting rooms and events
* Supporting the IT team with hardware setup and maintenance
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude with excellent communication skills, strong time management and organizational abilities.
