Siebtechnik Tema is currently seeking a motivated and technically minded Internal Sales Engineer to join our team at our Revesby head office. We specialise in high-performance equipment including centrifuges, vibrating machines, and water treatment solutions, servicing industries across mining, chemical, and environmental sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Sales Assistance
•Provide expert technical support to internal and external stakeholders
•Assist with the preparation of presentations and proposals
•Support the external sales team with product information and documentation
•Develop clear, technically sound sales proposals
Customer Relationship Management
•Understand and assess customer needs and requirements
•Respond to technical inquiries and manage customer interactions
•Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Sales Strategy & Product Development
•Contribute to sales strategy development and implementation
•Assist in analysing market trends and competitor offerings
•Maintain accurate sales records and contribute to product development initiatives
What We're Looking For
•A background in engineering or technical sales (mechanical/process preferred)
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications
•Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
•A self-starter who thrives in a team-focused environment
