About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Junior HR Assistant to join our team in Perth. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR. In this role, you will receive guidance and training from our HR Advisor, gaining hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, HR compliance, QHSE processes, internal communications, and general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment & Screening: Assist with job advertising, application screening, scheduling interviews, candidate communications, and maintaining tracking systems.
* Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare employment contracts and onboarding packs, coordinate pre-employment checks, facilitate inductions, and support offboarding processes.
* HR Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate employee records, track certifications and training, support audits, and ensure compliance with internal and legislative requirements.
* QHSE Support: Provide administrative assistance for safety records, training matrices, incident reporting, and coordination between HR and QHSE teams.
* General HR Administration: Support HR calendars, training sessions, workshops, and employee events, as well as general administrative tasks as required.
