About the role
As a Risk Partner you’ll provide expert advice and support to embed a risk‑aware culture across the TAC. You’ll work closely with teams to assess risk controls, deliver training, and support the development of enterprise‑wide risk management practices. This is a strategic and hands‑on role where your insights will help shape decision‑making and strengthen organisational resilience.
About the Team
This role sits within the Enterprise Risk branch of the Performance Risk & Strategy division which oversees risk strategy analytics and governance across the TAC.
You’ll be supported by an Enterprise Risk Manager who values collaboration, development, and continuous improvement. Working closely with a small team of highly skilled professionals and stakeholders across the business you’ll contribute to a centre of excellence for risk management and help drive best practice.
