Job Summary
This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills and experience in concreting operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including pre-pour preparation, placing, finishing, and curing of slabs and structural elements.
* Lead and mentor a team to ensure productivity and quality outcomes.
* Read and interpret site plans, drawings, and specifications accurately.
* Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain efficient workflow.
* Ensure all works are compliant with safety standards, company procedures, and project specifications.
* Conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections, and maintain relevant site documentation.
* Communicate effectively with clients, builders, engineers, and project managers.
* Support the professional development of junior team members through training and guidance.
