TRAINING PROVIDED
Our specialist eye clinic provides high-quality medical and surgical eye care in a welcoming environment. We operate with modern, up-to-date diagnostic equipment and work from newly renovated premises, ensuring a comfortable and professional setting for both staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate advanced ophthalmic diagnostic equipment: Humphrey Field Analyzer (HFA)
* IOLMaster 700
* Perform reception and administrative tasks: Answer telephone calls and email enquiries
* Process Medicare billing and related documentation
* Assist with patient care and liaise with medical staff
* Excellent customer/patient service skills
* Professional and personable manner
* Effective time management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* High computer proficiency
* Flexibility in work schedule
* Ability to multitask across clinical and reception duties
Highly Desirable:
* Previous ophthalmic or optometric technician experience
* Experience in medical, dental, or allied health practice
