This position is to grow our client's revenue and subscription market share in the medium segment by acquiring new business and keeping existing customers, with an emphasis on a small number of Mid-Market critical accounts. You will oversee achieving business goals, putting plans in place to increase market share, and fostering new business through client acquisition as a SAM. Along with working closely with the BDM team to onboard new Tier-One Customers and Solutions Consultants, your role will also entail attaining portfolio-wide whole-of-business sales and wallet share development. Additionally, you will oversee a portfolio of significant Tier 1 accounts with the goal of maintaining and increasing the wallet share by expanding the multi-product holdings of the customer.
**In this role you wil**:
- Acquire new business and retain existing business to drive company revenue and subscriber market share in the Medium Segment.
- Implement strategies to grow market share across the portfolio and cultivate new business through customer acquisition.
- Work closely with the BDM team to onboard new Tier-One Customers and Solutions Consultants, aiming for whole-of-business sales and growth of wallet share.
- Manage a portfolio of key Tier 1 accounts, focusing on retaining and growing the share of wallet by increasing the multi-product holdings of the customer.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, differentiating our offerings from competitors and positioning value propositions effectively.
- Utilize your extensive relationship/strategic sales experience within the Telecommunications and/or IT sectors to drive business growth.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successful strategic account management, face-to-face relationship selling, and high-calibre prospecting ability.
- Utilize your business development and/or account management experience, along with your commercially astute mentality and sound understanding of business drivers.
