We Are Seeking An Experienced Sous Chef To Join Our Team. Working Closely With Our General Manager And Area Head Chef, You Will Assist With The Day-to-day Running Of Kitchen Operations Ensuring The Highest Quality And Consistency Of Food, Along With
* Providing hands on motivational leadership and structure in the kitchen.
* Leading and inspiring the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Managing food and labour costs to achieve budgetary goals while maintaining exceptional standards.
* Working closely with and supporting the management team to ensure guest expectations are exceeded.
YOUR BACKGROUND
* Previous Sous Chef experience in a premium, fast-paced restaurant kitchen or CDP ready for the next step
* Ability to lead a team and manage service in the absence of the Head Chef
* A team player attitude with a love of food and drive for excellence
* Ability to stay calm and keep standards high under pressure
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
