About the role
Core and Motion is seeking an experienced Senior Receptionist to join our team in our Malvern and East Brighton Clinics. This full-time role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our growing Allied Health practice.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming patients and clients in a friendly and professional manner
* Managing inbound phone calls, emails and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
* Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
* Maintaining detailed patient records and updating electronic medical systems
* Management of patient accounts such as medicare, TAC, Workcover.
* Providing administrative support to the clinical team as required
* Leading our mainly part time administrative team
What we're looking for
* Experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant in a healthcare or medical setting
* Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients
* Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and juggle multiple responsibilities
* Understanding in using electronic medical records systems is helpful
* Some understanding of accounts
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work
* A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Must have Australian work rights
