Senior Account Executive – SaaS | VC-Backed Scale-Up | $280K OTE

About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—primarily working with inbound leads and high-intent prospects—within the Commercial to Enterprise segment. You will lead consultative sales engagements, deliver impactful product demonstrations, and guide multiple stakeholders through complex decision-making processes. This is a strategic role with a strong pipeline already in place, giving you the opportunity to close high-value deals and significantly influence the company's growth in a key region.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own the end-to-end sales process: Qualify leads, conduct discovery, manage stakeholder alignment, negotiate, and close.
* Engage with mid-market and enterprise clients: Understand their unique operational challenges and align solutions to their business needs.
* Deliver persuasive product demos: Tailor demonstrations to diverse audiences—from end users to C-level executives—highlighting ROI and business outcomes.
* Drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals: Manage sales cycles involving multiple departments and influencers, ensuring alignment and buy-in at every stage.
* Collaborate across teams: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to bring customer insights back into the business and refine sales strategies.
* Maintain detailed pipeline and performance metrics: Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track activity, forecast accurately, and report on key KPIs.
Who You Are
* Experienced SaaS seller: Minimum 3 years' experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, with a focus on SMB, Mid-Market, or Commercial accounts. Exposure to Enterprise-level clients is a plus.
* Consultative approach: Skilled in uncovering business needs through discovery and aligning solutions to complex customer challenges.
* Confident communicator: Proven ability to present and demo sophisticated software platforms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Metrics-driven: Familiar with sales KPIs, forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and performance tracking.
* Thrives in high-growth environments: Agile, resilient, and energized by working in a fast-paced, startup-to-scale-up context.
