Job Title:
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our stations. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring safety and efficiency, and supporting station management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure Safety and Efficiency: Monitor platform procedures and conduct safety/security checks, inspections, and audits to maintain a secure environment.
* Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Coordinate all customer service activities, especially during disruptions, to meet passenger charter requirements.
* Support Station Management: Manage day-to-day human resource issues, contractors, and premises, ensuring all work is carried out to specified standards.
* Train Despatch: Assist with the correct and safe method of train despatch, preventing avoidable delays.
