The Harvey Norman Geebung Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Sales Assistant to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
As a Sales Assistant, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

What we require:
7. Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
8. A high level of Electrical product knowledge such as TV, Audio and other peripheral devices to support customer queries
9. Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
10. Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
11. Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
12. Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
13. Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
