As a Clinic Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and delivering tailored sales strategies to meet their needs.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to clients
* Collaborate with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver quality hearing health care outcomes
* Manage clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory, and client relations
* Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet client needs
Requirements:
* Previous sales and customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health
* Experience working with older demographics preferred
* Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy
* Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification
