The IT Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between the Systems (IT) Team and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
Some of your responsibilities will be:
* Develop Business Requirements, as-is and to-be documents and artefacts for Systems Team projects
* Participate in project activities (including scoping, budgeting, and forecasting)
* Engage with subject matter experts to deliver quality and informed outcomes
* Develop and provide reports using data warehouse systems and reporting tools
* Work with third-party and external vendors to optimize project delivery and outcomes

What You Will Need
To be a successful candidate, you will have:
* Experience in a medium or large organization as a Business Analyst or similar
* Experience developing operational reports and dashboards using reporting applications
* Highly developed documentation, persuasion, communication, and recording skills
* Experience developing and delivering communication and training plans
* Ability to record and translate business processes into working documents and requirements
