Chandler Macleod is partnering with a leading logistics company based in Moorebank, NSW, to recruit an experienced
HRA/HR Coordinator
on an ongoing casual contract basis.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR professional to join a dynamic team supporting HR administration and coordination. The role is onsite at Moorebank and offers stable, ongoing casual hours.
Key Details:
* Location:
Moorebank, NSW
* Employment Type:
Casual ongoing contract
* Hours:
Monday to Friday, initially 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM (40 hours/week), with a plan to reduce to 38 hours/week over time
* Training:
Initial onboarding may require an earlier start time for 2-3 weeks
* Pay Rate:
Paid at Clerks Award Level 1 Year 1 casual rate
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist with HR administration including maintaining employee records and HR databases
* Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees
* Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee time and attendance data
* Respond to general HR enquiries from employees and management
* Assist with compliance and reporting requirements related to workplace policies and procedures
* Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required
Skills and Experience Required:
* Previous experience in HR administration or coordination roles
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
* Basic knowledge of HR systems and payroll processes is an advantage
