Responsibilities
Contract. Brisbane based candidates only.
4/1 office vs home working environment
* Coordinate agency access to analytics environments and enablement activities. SAP Analytics Cloud
* Identify reporting gaps and work with QSS on future state reporting requirements.
* Support governance reporting and analytics readiness for go live.
* Liaise between QSS and the agency for data migration activities. Finance data incl: AP, AR, Assets, GL
* Coordinate data SME's and track profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and error handling.
* Support trial conversions, cutover preparation, and data signoff activities.
* Coordinate agency inputs to integration design, testing, and validation.
* Engage with source and downstream system owners.
* Track and elevate integration risks, issues, and cutover dependencies.
* Define agency UAT scope and coordinate identification and onboarding of testers.
* Manage test execution, progress tracking, and defect triage with QSS.
* Ensure UAT evidence meets program, audit, and assurance expectations.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful AO5 Data Analyst Should Have
* A strong background in data analysis and interpretation.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
* Experience in creating detailed reports and data visualisations.
* Knowledge of data governance and security practices.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
* Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
* Adeptness in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
