We're on the hunt for a Retail Store Manager to lead the #GhandaGang.

A day in the life
* Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members.
* Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
* Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
* Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
* Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance.
About You
* With demonstrated leadership experience—leading from the front, empowering your team, and embodying a leadership style in line with our organisational values.
* Customer‐first mindset, nails fundamentals and takes retail seriously.
* Similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal‐breaker; at Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience.
