Culinary Chef

As a chef, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to our customers. We are seeking candidates who possess or are pursuing recognised culinary training and/or have relevant experience in a reputable restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar position
2. Food safety certification
3. Exposure to either banquets or a la carte venues ideally
4. A passion for Victorian produce and seasonal menus
5. The ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team
6. A desire to develop among a driven & professional team
7. The ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster
