About the Role
As a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our visual identity and enhancing our marketing efforts. This role will allow you to take ownership of design projects, ensuring they maintain brand consistency and effectively engage our audience. You’ll contribute to the creative direction for both CONNETIX and our sister brand My Creative Box, so being able to adjust your design approach to suit each brand’s unique style will be valued.
Drawing on your toolkit of experience, here is what you will be doing:
- Design across a broad range of channels—from digital, web, social media, and EDMs to print materials, signage, brochures, and packaging.
- Creating visually appealing graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and product features.
- Collaborating with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Staying updated on design trends and techniques to continuously enhance our visual communications.
- Prepare files for print production and liaise with suppliers when needed.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and solutions for marketing campaigns.
About You
You are a proactive and curious designer who enjoys taking ownership of projects. Your strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment enable you to produce high-quality work. With a passion for creativity and a positive, 'can-do' mindset, you consistently look for innovative ways to elevate your designs while maintaining brand consistency and supporting the team’s goals.
Further to that, our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally in a studio or in-hous e team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, print, and digital work.
- Solid understanding of print production and packaging processes.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to take direction and work independently or collaboratively.
- Having had experience as an Illustrator is a plus, but not essential.
