Job Description:
Uniting is currently seeking a dedicated Nurse to join their team at Uniting Taralga on a full-time basis. This role involves developing, delivering, and evaluating care plans to meet the individual needs of residents.
* Develop, deliver, and evaluate resident care plans to meet their unique needs.
* Lead in providing clinical services with sharp assessment skills.
* Build relationships with residents, becoming an integral part of their life journey.
* Ensure high-quality care by liaising with medical professionals, allied health staff, and family members.
* Supervise and support Personal Care Workers to ensure effective teamwork.
* Practice holistic care using critical decision-making skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care.
* The ability to adapt, empathize, manage time effectively, and live by the organization's values: compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
* Commitment to contemporary aged care nursing practice.
* Current AHPRA registration as a nurse.
