We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to deliver software and COTS application projects within a large enterprise technology environment.
This role will manage projects from initiation through to delivery and closure within a PRINCE2 governance framework, ensuring successful delivery aligned to agreed scope, schedule, quality and budget baselines.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and suppliers to coordinate resources and ensure projects are delivered effectively within an Agile delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects or technical work packages.
* Plan and coordinate project activities, resources and timelines.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and reporting.
* Manage risks, issues, conflicts, change requests and project priorities.
* Produce and maintain project documentation aligned with governance and organisational standards.
* Support governance and assurance activities across PRINCE2, Agile and MSP frameworks.
* Engage with senior stakeholders, project boards and delivery teams.
* Manage project budgets, financial tracking and resource allocation.
* Provide leadership and direction to project team members.
* Deliver timely and accurate reporting on project progress.
* Ensure project administration complies with internal governance and compliance requirements.
Required Experience
* Experience delivering multiple application or COTS implementations
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Highly Desirable
* Experience delivering projects involving cloud or enterprise infrastructure platforms
* Experience working in government or large enterprise environments
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
* Experience using Microsoft Project
