Job Description
* Coordinate end‐to‐end inbound logistics and keep goods moving on time across Australia & New Zealand.
* Create and issue accurate purchase orders based on demand forecasts and inventory requirements.
* Raise and manage supplier purchase orders with accuracy in pricing, quantities and delivery dates.
* Track shipments, work closely with freight forwarders and 3PL partners, and resolve delivery issues quickly.
* Maintain all shipping, customs and compliance documentation with high attention to detail.
* Update ERP systems with real‐time logistics data and support clear visibility of inventory movements.
* Produce logistics reports and keep internal teams informed with timely status updates.
* Drive continuous improvement across logistics performance, transit times and cost efficiency.
A Successful Logistics Coordinator Should Have
* Experience in logistics or supply chain operations within the FMCG industry.
* Understanding of Supply/Production Planning.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
