Team Lead Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team to achieve sales objectives and provide superior customer service.
* Booking, invoicing cruise bookings and packages
* Evaluate and execute performance metrics ensuring monthly sales targets are met or exceeded
* Support and handle walk-in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
* Foster growth by upselling & cross-selling opportunities
* Monitor and act on all relevant mailboxes daily
This position requires the following:
* Proven experience working in a customer-facing environment with sales goals in mind
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail or wholesale within the Cruise or Travel Industry
* GDS knowledge
* An exceptional attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
* Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks effectively
