Job Description
We are seeking skilled and experienced Meat Workers for a full-time, permanent position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for stunning and killing livestock, preparing carcasses for further processing, operating machinery to direct and drop carcasses and meat cuts, cutting meat to separate meat, fat and tissue from around bones, and removing internal fat, blood clots, bruises and other matter to prepare them for packing and marketing.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of workplace Health & Safety regulations, the ability to work effectively within a team environment, good communication skills, and good focus and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III in Meat Processing / Butchery or equivalent
* At least 3 years of recent and relevant experience
