The Role: Compounding Stock Controller
A great opportunity has become available for a Stock Controller to join our Compounding Team in a Full-time, Permanent Contract on site at our Canning Vale Facility. You will be responsible for the following:
* Maintaining inventory/stock
* Managing stores daily scheduling, meetings and ensuring training is rolled out to the stores team
* Purchasing Baxter lines from Distribution Centres and receiving all inventory into JDE (and Merlin where applicable)
* Assisting pharmacy with daily production needs
* Transferring stock to other pharmacy sites if needed
* Ensuring stock counts are completed accurately and on schedule.
* Implementation of lean in store area
* Organising credit/debit for under/over supply or damaged stock
* Entering bills into Coupa
* Liaising with suppliers and Central Purchasers when necessary
* Managing and coordinating monthly stock takes
* Other pharmacy duties as required
Skills & Qualifications:
* Demonstrate leadership qualities
* Experience in a similar role, essential.
* Computer literacy
* Forklift / Walkie stacker experience
* Ability to adhere to procedures with good attention to detail.
* Data analysis and reporting
* Good communication and people skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team and under pressure.
* Good time management skills.
