About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales opportunities through phone, email, and other digital communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, email, and social media.
* Research potential clients and manage lead data using CRM tools.
* Communicate effectively with prospects and existing customers to understand their needs and position relevant products or solutions.
* Conduct product presentations and demos via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
* Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and qualified leads, updating the CRM regularly.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
* At least 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in renewable energy.
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency with CRM software Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office Suite.
