1-3+ years experience in paid search and paid social
Hands-on experience with campaigns

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
You will report directly to the Performance Marketing Director and bring your experience in paid search and paid social to assist with implementation and strategy creation. You will write ad copy to drive engagement and conversion rates. You will contribute to regular reporting and track performance across campaigns. You will work across multiple accounts, support the team, and grow into a role where you manage and run your own clients. You will be involved in budget management and ensuring client objectives are met.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Hands-on Paid Search and Paid Social skills in a digital agency
Experience with a range of social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn)
