Key Account Growth Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with designated clients through prospecting, sales calls, and rapport-building efforts.
* Promote strong partnerships with existing customers by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to optimize growth.
* Identify and capitalize on cross-sell/up-sell opportunities using our comprehensive suite of products.
* Deliver exceptional value-based selling experiences to clients based on automation and customer behavior insights.
* Collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure high client retention rates within assigned portfolios.
* Work with Product Specialists to introduce new product offerings to clients and drive sales growth.
* Maintain regular communication with 100% of assigned client portfolio, ensuring no gaps in outreach efforts.
* Accurately forecast monthly sales and retention achievements to management.
Ideal Candidate:
* Fluent in English.
* 2+ years of proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a track record of closing deals.
* Highly organized and structured approach to driving consistent success.
* Customer-focused mindset, prioritizing exceptional client experiences.
* Proven creative problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities.
* Sales Methodology training (Sandler, Challenger, Spin, Meddic, etc.).
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales.
* Preferred: SaaS or MarTech experience.
