The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day‐to‐day management of the site, including subcontractors, programme, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all on‐site construction activities from start to completion
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers
* Ensure works are delivered to programme, budget, and quality expectations
* Maintain a strong site safety culture and ensure compliance with OH&S requirements
* Conduct site meetings, inductions, and toolbox talks
* Monitor progress and report regularly to the Project Manager
* Manage site documentation, inspections, and defect rectification
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial projects (ideally $3M–$10M range).
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing etc
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple trades and resolve issues on site
* White Card and relevant trade or construction qualifications
* Strong focus on safety, quality, and programme delivery
