Apprentice Bakers are responsible for:Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs.Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery.Providing delightful customer service when required.Assisting with stock control and production expenses.Qualifications and requirements:Have a passion for baking.Be willing to enter into an apprenticeship, or demonstrate successful completion of prior learning modules, if already undertaking an apprenticeship.Be a morning person
Some shifts commence from 2am.Have a positive attitude, love working in a team environment and learning new skills.Be prepared to work hard and love getting your hands dirty.Be available to work a 7 day rotating roster.Have basic literacy and numeracy skills.To be eligible for an Australian Apprenticeship you must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
