About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HSE Advisor to join our client's major construction project in Karratha. In this on-site role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project phases, while driving a strong safety-first culture in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
- Investigate incidents and prepare accurate reports.
- Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and management to maintain a safe working environment.
- Promote and embed a positive safety culture across the site.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HSE role within construction, civil, or mining.
- Cert IV or Diploma in WHS (minimum requirement).
- Sound knowledge of WA WHS legislation.
- Robust communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Previous FIFO or remote project experience (advantageous).
- Current White Card & valid Australian Driver's Licence.
