Key Responsibilities: Manage all surgical claims (Medicare, private health funds, WorkCover/CTP). Reconcile payments and process receipts. Liaise with Medicare and health funds to resolve discrepancies. Handle patient billing inquiries. Maintain accurate billing records and manage debtors. Ensure compliance with all billing regulations. Assist with front desk duties when required About You: Medical Billing experience, preferably surgical/specialist. Strong understanding of Medicare and Private Health Fund rules. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient with medical practice management software (Genie advantageous) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
